SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Verdict IQ, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) from (888) 284-0092.

Program Description

The Verdict IQ messaging program sends one-to-one informational and conversational text messages to business contacts who have engaged with us, including demo scheduling confirmations and reminders, reschedule links, and follow-up conversation with your Verdict IQ representative about your evaluation of the platform.

Sample Messages

Messages you may receive look like these:

  • “Verdict IQ: Your demo is confirmed for Tue Aug 5 at 2:00pm ET. Reply RESCHEDULE to change it, STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
  • “Verdict IQ: Reminder — your case-evaluation demo starts in 1 hour. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
  • “Verdict IQ: This is Sam following up on your evaluation — happy to answer any questions. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Program Type

This is a business-to-business, one-to-one conversational messaging program for people who have asked us to contact them about evaluating our software. It is not a marketing, lead-generation, lead-resale, affiliate, or multi-level marketing program. We do not text consumers, we do not purchase or rent phone numbers, and we never pass your number or your consent to another company.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number on our demo booking page, or by giving your number directly to a Verdict IQ representative and requesting text updates, you consent to receive text messages from Verdict IQ, LLC at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. After you opt out, you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, and we will send no further texts to your number unless you opt back in. We also record your opt-out in our systems so that your number is excluded from all future messaging.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our full Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and coverage in your area.

Eligibility

This program is intended for business contacts who are 18 years of age or older.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and we will update the effective date above.
